in the top 10 search engine list, but can not tell you when,
or for how many days you might appear in the said top 10.

have catapulted some of their clients to literally dominate
their industry's web traffic to such an extent that their
client actually represent 5 to 10 of the top 10 results.
So a 50%, 70%, 90%, or higher chance of receiving the search
engine traffic. Well, the rumor is true, and 5 years
later, one of our clients is still dominating more than 70%
of the top 10 positions!
