BizLocal.com was founded by Scott Leonard in Walterboro, SC to provide for personal, small business, as well as corporate and infinity groups.
Scott Leonard started programming in the early 80's as the first Apple computers, later Apple IIE's were brought to his high school to begin offering computer classes. He headed up and was president of the school's computer problem solving club which competed nationally in writing programs to solve complex problems, and assisted in teaching programming to his peers.
Beginning with direct connect or dial up bulletin boards, soon the internet developed and web addressing which lead Mr. Leonard to continue to work in and expand his focus in computer technologies.
His career has continually carried a quad-focus of computer technologies, extreme marketing, recreation, and religion. This explains his continual support and propagation of BizLocal.com Services, Guerilla Marketing, Canoe and Kayaking, and Church Mission Programs. One company he was associated with in the Canoe and Kayak industry, through his Guerilla Marketing and Web Services absolutely dominated search engine results in a fashion that no other marketer competes with.
